Pre-Consultation
A. Instructions For Color Analysis Photos Needed:
(please submit the photos directly via the submission form at bottom of this page)
1. A photo of your face with hair pulled back and no make up on in natural lighting.
Please wear a white shirt and place a white piece of paper under your face.
Please take this photo outside when it is light out (avoid super direct sunlight, under shade is the best option).
Please make sure there are no shadows on your face.
2. A close up photo of your eye pattern as I look at the PATTERN on your eyes to help determine your Color Season.
Please take this photo outside (avoid super direct sunlight), or facing a window (2-3 feet away).
Important - DO NOT USE SELFIE MODE for this photo as it will turn out too blurry! See below for easy instructions on how to take this photo yourself.
You can also have someone else take the photo. They will need to place the camera very close to your eye in natural light to get a clear photo, please do not use the zoom feature as it will cause the pattern to appear blurry.
*HOW TO TAKE THE EYE PATTERN PHOTO YOURSELF:
STEP 1: Use a mirror to set up shot to make sure eye is in the frame. Make sure to use FRONT FACING camera, not selfie mode!
STEP 2: Then keep camera in place and move outside or close to a window to take the photo in natural light.
3. A few photos of you around the ages of 15-20 with no hair highlights/coloring so I can see your NATURAL hair color at this age.
Or, photos of you at the LATEST age before you started coloring/highlighting your hair if it was colored/highlighted at age 20 (please indicate age).
B. Instructions For Body Type Photos Needed:
(please submit the photos directly via the submission form at bottom of this page)
1. A full body photo - please follow exact instructions below:
No selfies as this can warp the lines of your body.
Pull your hair back.
Please wear tight fitting clothing that is strapless or very thin sleeveless straps (workout set or bathing suit, etc.) so I can clearly see the lines of your body including shoulder shape, waist, hips, etc.
Place the camera at chest level at 90 degrees to ground (make sure it is not tilted!). You can use a self timer or have someone else take it.
Stand facing straight on to the camera with feet shoulder width apart. Have your arms resting at side but make sure they do not cover any part of the body.
Make sure to get a full length shot - do not cut off head or feet.
2. A few full body photos of you from your social media or camera roll wearing outfits you like
If you don’t have any outfits you really love you can just send me a few photos of you in various outfits, this will be helpful for me to see how clothing lays on your body!
