THE PROCESS:

FIRST STEP — BOOK MY TIME TO SHOP:

• This blocks off my calendar to shop for you online for event items. Links will be sent to you via e-mail by EOD of the day you booked me to shop. Each look includes a wide variety of options to shop.

SECOND STEP — BOOK YOUR REVIEW ZOOM:

• The next step is to book a complimentary review zoom where we go over the clothing options I have found and narrow it down to your favorites. If any additional options are needed, I offer one round of additional 10-20 links at no extra charge ASAP.

• After this review zoom I will send you shoes/accessory links to complete your favorites and a look book of final outfit(s) same day.

• VERY IMPORTANT! Please book my time to shop & the review zoom no more than 1 week apart to prevent items from selling out. If you do not see availability for this please email me at kaki@kakigaines.com to get on the waitlist.

• Please note I do not accept texting or e-mailing as a form of communication/feedback for shopping as I want to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, so please keep all communication with me limited to our scheduled Zooms!

LAST STEP — FILL OUT THE SUBMISSION FORMS:

• Last you will fill out event details, your sizes, preferences, submit any inspiration photos, and photos of yourself so I can best shop for you.
